Healing Rain!! Rainfall In Colorado On My Birthday?!? The Day After My Husband's Funeral..
It rained all day today in Colorado - In February!?!? Healing Rain by Michael W. Smith was played at my husband's funeral. I don't remember rainfall in Colorado in February - EVER! It usually snows and doesn't rain until April....I'm sorry, I have no photos....

My Jason I Love You Forever And Always
My husband passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning. My family is devistated. We have been together for 21 years, married for 20 years. I love you honey. I miss you so much. My heart is broken. He leaves behind three children ages 8,9, and 15.
I will be taking a break from painting and posting for a while to get through this difficult time.

I am trying to decide which shows to attend this year. Last year I did the Beaver Creek Art Festival. I am thinking about Dillon this year. I finished up a new painting last night. It seemed to be a simple horse painting which took me DAYS to finish. It still didn't look right. I turned on my music, listening to Katy Perry and Far East Movement. The Black Eyed Peas with "Where Is The Love" is such a great song! I put them on my blog for you to enjoy!
I finally got brave and creative enough to add the fun impressionistic brush strokes. I will be putting it on my blog soon!
After painting all day long and computer work, I made a big dinner last night then tried to help clean up. My husband asked me "What's Wrong?" My face was beat red and my skin was on fire. "Oh, it's just another lupus flare up". Time to go and lay down and relax. Seems to happen every night now. I need to slow down and take it easy. So hard for me to do as I always want to spend my time accomplishing something. I ask my kids, "What's my biggest downfall?" They tell me, "You work too hard and think about work too much."
Guess what, I'm going to go and play now! LOL!!

The Museum Of Young Art
I am honored to have been invited to participate in the MOYA 2011 exhibition in Vienna, Austria!
The MOYA is located in the Palais Schönborn in the center of Vienna. I will have over 30 pieces in their online exhibition. There are currently seven artists represented from the United States Of America.
The MOYA shows artworks on two floors on ca. 1000m². Some of the 12 exhibition halls are Salons still in the original Rococo state, others are kept in simple neutral white without decorative elements.

Each accepted full member of www.moyaworld.net participates automatically in the physical exhibition in the MOYA-Musuem of Young Art, Vienna.
